Award Ceremony presided over by His Excellency President Adama Barrow at the Sir Dawda Kairaba Jawara International Conference Centre.
As part of the Government’s continued investment in strengthening Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET), USET received an Institutional Improvement Grant of D2.4 million from the D8.3 million allocated to support 25 TVET institutions under
the Skills, Innovation and Entrepreneurship (SIE) Fund.
The grant will further strengthen USET’s teaching and learning environment, enhance institutional capacity, and support the University’s commitment to delivering quality, industry-responsive education while fostering innovation and entrepreneurship for national
development.
The initiative will directly benefit three of USET’s Skills Training Centre’s - Ndemban, Kanilai and Mansakonko which will further enhance their capacity to provide quality technical and vocational training in their respective communities.
